Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and jt777 with respect to your use of the jt777 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotional programs, and any other services provided by jt777 (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses the Services in any capacity.

Account Registration & KYC

To access jt777's gaming services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree that all information submitted to jt777, whether at registration or at any time thereafter, is truthful, accurate, and complete.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jt777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must notify jt777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jt777 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the jt777 platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jt777 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion facility is provided on the platform.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank online banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jt777 wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation from your payment provider.
• jt777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Only funds from payment accounts registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering best practices.
• GCash withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Philippine public holidays.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
• jt777 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jt777 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended, and complies with all PAGCOR directives on financial transaction monitoring. jt777 may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Attempting to use the jt777 platform to launder funds or process proceeds of unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jt777 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific promotion terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate "Bonus Wallet" and are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before associated winnings can be transferred to your main withdrawable balance.
• Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for jt777 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• jt777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet all eligibility requirements, including age verification and account standing in good order.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Section 6

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

By placing any wager on jt777, you acknowledge and accept the following betting rules, which apply across all game categories including slots, live casino, sportsbook, fishing games, and crash games.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after the game round has commenced or the sporting event has started, except where explicitly permitted by specific game rules.
• All casino games on jt777 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by jt777 or by any player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jt777's system records of all transactions and game outcomes shall be the definitive and final record. jt777 will resolve disputes arising from technical issues based on these records.
• Sportsbook bets are governed by jt777's specific Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jt777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one jt777 account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to access jt777 using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the jt777 platform — including but not limited to the jt777 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jt777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jt777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jt777 platform without the prior written consent of jt777.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jt777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the jt777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to a technical malfunction, server downtime, internet connectivity failure, or any other circumstance beyond jt777's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game information, or event results as displayed on the platform due to data feed errors.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance.

jt777's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the Services, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 12

Account Suspension & Termination

jt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Compliance with a PAGCOR directive, court order, or law enforcement request.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive).

Upon account termination for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, jt777 will return any verified withdrawable real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned upon account closure.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the jt777 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jt777 customer support to seek resolution of the dispute through good-faith negotiation. jt777 is committed to resolving all player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.
